A delightful surprise at breakfast
The breakfast was a highlight, with a lovely selection of fresh fruit and perfectly brewed coffee. The staff's attentive service made every morning a pleasure.
Unfortunately, we faced some noise disturbances during the night from nearby events, which interrupted our peaceful sleep.

Excellent Dining Experience with Top Notch Staff
I had a great stay, primarily enjoying the delicious food prepared by Chef Betty and the attentive service from the staff. The pool area was a wonderful spot to relax, and my corner room was spacious and well-maintained. However, the furniture in the room could use some updating to match the overall charm of the place.

The hotel beautifully blends traditional charm with modern comfort, featuring welcoming common areas and well-maintained gardens that are easy to navigate. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere around the pool, perfect for relaxing afternoons.
A mini fridge in the room would be helpful.

The service was great! The staff was super friendly and even helped us find an amazing local restaurant for dinner that we didn't expect!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

I appreciated the beautiful and spacious room with a king-size bed. The decor combined marble and wood, giving the space a lovely feel. The air conditioning kept everything cool, which was great. The housekeeping was on point, keeping everything clean. The restaurant had delightful meals. I recommend the seafood relleno, a standout dish. The margaritas by the pool were refreshing. The pool area was enjoyable and offered a relaxing atmosphere. However, the room’s sofa and drapes seemed outdated and needed updating. The restaurant had a limited menu, making meal choices a bit restrictive. The noise from common areas was disruptive during the night, occasionally interrupting sleep. The front desk service was excellent, with staff speaking English. Overall, I would stay at Garza Canela again, especially if improvements are made in the room furnishings.
